At Forever Urns, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind.

Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.

Exclusions: Sale and clearance items cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect.

Include a copy of our confirmation email or your receipt with the return.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we will arrange a return or exchange.

We will determine the best solution, which may include sending a return shipping label or arranging a pickup for bulky items.

Handmade Items
Please note that handmade items may have slight variations from their pictures. These differences are normal and not considered faults; therefore, refunds for such variations are not accepted.
