Refunds and Exchanges

At Forever Urns, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.

  • Exclusions: Sale and clearance items cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect.

  • Process:

    1. Email contact@forever-urns.co.nz within 14 days to request a return.

    2. Await our email confirmation before sending the item back.

    3. Include a copy of our confirmation email or your receipt with the return.

  • Refunds: We will refund the item's full value to your original payment method.

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we will arrange a return or exchange.

  • Eligibility:

    • The item differs from what you ordered.

    • The item is faulty or damaged.

  • Process:

    1. Email contact@forever-urns.co.nz within 14 days, detailing the issue and including a clear photo.

    2. We will determine the best solution, which may include sending a return shipping label or arranging a pickup for bulky items.

    3. If a refund is appropriate, it will be processed to your original payment method.

Handmade Items

Please note that handmade items may have slight variations from their pictures. These differences are normal and not considered faults; therefore, refunds for such variations are not accepted.
